He told us during this time he experienced:

• Injuring his back while doing physical labour, leading to unemployment and financial struggles
• Dealing with difficult living situations, including aggressive housemates and landlord issues that resulted in multiple evictions
• Experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and difficulties accessing support from the council

Guy suffered a significant emotional toll from his housing and employment struggles, with feelings of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. However, he now feels much more hopeful and grateful for his current stable living situation, which allows him to focus on his physical therapy and recovery.
